Race Format
Qualifying race ( 5 laps)
Heat race (15 laps)
Main Race (30 laps)
Weekly Schedule (Maximum # of drivers capped at 30) :
Prior to 6:30 pm - Driver check-in
6:30-6:45 p.m. - Drivers meeting and kart draw
7:00 p.m. - Qualifying begins at 7:00 pm. Maximum number of drivers capped at 30.
Qualifying
Qualifing will consist of a minimum of 5 racers per qualifying session. Drivers have 5 laps to post their fastest lap. Everyone will be ranked fastest to slowest and divided into groups for the heat race.
Starting Procedurs for Heat and Main Races
Heat and main races will be started F1 style, from a standing position on thje grid. Racers will be placed on the grid based on qualifying time, fastest to slowest.
Heat Race
Depending on the number of racers, multiple heat races will be run. The "A" heat will consist of the top qualifying times (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th place etc...) followed by the "B" (2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th palce etc...). If a "C" heat is needed every third driver will be grouped (as needed). Scoring will be based on your finishing positon in each heat race. Heat points will be as follows: 1st-30 pts, 2nd-29 pts, 3rd-28 pts, 4th-27 pts, 5th-26 pts, 6th-25 pts etc..
Note: Originally points were to be pick up for the "B" and "C" heats based on the number of drivers running in the "A" heat so if 10 people are in the "A" heat, the 1st place driver in the "B" get will get 20 points, followed by 19 pts and so on... However, this was changed at the first race. Now each heat will be scored as follows: 1st-30 pts, 2nd-29 pts, 3rd-28 pts, 4th-27 pts, 5th-26 pts, 6th-25 pts etc..
Main Race
The main races will be determined based on your position in the qualifier plus heat race. This was changed at the first race of the year. Total points accumulated in the heat race will no longer set the grid for the main. Ties will be broken by using your qualifying time. Points will be awarded based on your finished position in the main race. Main points will be as follows: 1st-30 pts, 2nd-29 pts, 3rd-28 pts, 4th-27 pts, 5th-26 pts, 6th-25 pts etc..

Weekly Winners
The overall nightly winners will be based on your total points accumulated for the night in the heat race + main race. Tiebreakers will be determined by fastest qualifying time for the night.
League Championship
The League Championship will be based on total points accumulated over 10 weeks. All drivers will get to drop their lowest weekly point total. Tie-breakers are determined by fastest qualifying time. Ties for Championship will be base on most main wins during the season, followed by the most heat wins.
